I-ROLL COMPACTION / POWDER ROLLING : Ama-powder asetshenziselwa ukukhiqiza imicu eqhubekayo noma ishidi. Impushana iphakelwa ku-feeder bese ihlanganiswa imiqulu emibili ezungezayo ibe ishidi noma imicu. Ukuhlinzwa kwenziwa kubanda. Ishidi lingeniswa esithandweni somlilo. Inqubo ye-sintering ingase iphindwe okwesibili.  

I-POWDER EXTRUSION : Izingxenye ezinobude obukhulu kuya kububanzi bezilinganiso zenziwa ngokukhipha isitsha sensimbi esincanyana esinempushana.

I-LOOSE SINTERING : Njengoba igama lisho, iyindlela yokuhlanganisa okungenacindezelo kanye ne-sintering, elungele ukukhiqiza izingxenye ezinezimbobo kakhulu njengezihlungi zensimbi. Impushana ifakwa emgodini wesikhunta ngaphandle kokuhlangana. 

I-LOOSE SINTERING : Njengoba igama lisho, iyindlela yokuhlanganisa okungenacindezelo kanye ne-sintering, elungele ukukhiqiza izingxenye ezinezimbobo kakhulu njengezihlungi zensimbi. Impushana ifakwa emgodini wesikhunta ngaphandle kokuhlangana. 

I-SPARK SINTERING : I-powder icindezelwa ekubunjweni yizingqimba ezimbili eziphikisanayo futhi amandla aphezulu kagesi asetshenziswa ku-punch futhi adlule kumpushana ohlanganisiwe ofakwe phakathi kwawo. Amandla aphezulu ashisa amafilimu angaphezulu kusuka ezinhlayiyeni eziyimpushana futhi awashise ngokushisa okukhiqizwayo. Inqubo iyashesha ngoba ukushisa akusetshenziswa ngaphandle kodwa kukhiqizwa ngaphakathi kwesikhunta.

 

UKUCINDEZELA OKUSHISAYO : Izimpushana ziyacindezelwa futhi zisindwe ngesinyathelo esisodwa esikhunjeni esikwazi ukumelana nezinga lokushisa eliphezulu. Njengoba idayi lihlangana ukushisa okuyimpushana kufakwa kulo. Ukunemba okuhle kanye nezakhiwo zemishini ezizuzwe yile ndlela kwenza kube inketho ekhangayo.
